Individual and group art therapy sessions offer a way to explore the Self through your own art making, using guided meditations, paints, clay, poetry, story and movement. No artistic experience is needed for this process led approach. Vera is a transpersonal arts counsellor with punk rock credentials. She works holistically and person-centred, weaving together personal meaning-making, Jungian symbolism and archetypal themes, with trauma informed awareness and lived-experience. ÂŁ55-ÂŁ75.
