This course is aimed at complete beginners and offers an introduction to contemporary dance in an encouraging and laid-back group setting, with opportunities for creative development of your own style. The live music by Bobby Demers will help inspire your movement throughout the class. Simone will guide you through the basics of core contemporary dance vocabularies and techniques. There will be opportunities to try out a range of contemporary dance skills from moving across the floor to simple springs and jumps. You will leave confident and ready to take your next step into contemporary dance.
