On Friday 5th June join with LGBT charity forum+ at Rainbow Paddlers - the adult paddlesport session hosted by and for the LGBT community - for an extra special paddle for Pride! Wear the rainbow, bring a snack and get active on a beautiful stretch of Regent's Canal. Paddlesport is shown to improve cardiovascular health, reduce stress and enhance emotional wellbeing. forum+ love our monthly kayaking sessions in the heart of Camden and enjoying a friendly social together afterwards at the Pirate Castle. forum+ at Rainbow Paddlers is for LGBT people aged 18+, free to join and pre booking is essential.
