Based on the Cunningham technique, these dynamic classes challenge your clarity, coordination, and spatial awareness at a higher level. Designed for intermediate dancers, classes move at a faster pace, introducing adage, travelling, and jumping sequences for a more complete, professional class experience. Push your musicality, timing, and independence while expanding your range and control. Leave feeling stronger, sharper, and fully confident in how you move through space.
