Classes run Monday 17 to Friday 21 August 2026 Refine your technique, expand your rhythm, and move with grounded energy, precision, and flow. This contemporary class blends Cunningham technique with influences from West African movement and Release technique, supported by live percussion accompaniment that brings rhythm, drive, and energy into the studio. You'll work through more complex, dynamic sequences that challenge coordination, balance, and spatial awareness, alongside grounded, rhythmic, and fluid movement qualities. Each class pushes your strength, control, and musicality, building stamina and precision while expanding your range through a mix of styles and textures.
